GET INVOLVED! IT’S EASY
Can there be anything more frightening as you tip-toe on eggshells through life in this so-called free country than being tried and convicted of a crime you not only did not commit but one that never even happened? Yes, some factors can be included to make it even scarier – such as the discovery that both the prosecutor and the judge had contrived the evidence to secure your conviction.
When someone is forced to take on the judicial system because of being falsely accused of committing a crime that never even happened, the internal activity is no different than that of a police department “investigating” itself for alleged misconduct by a few of its “best.” And the result always is – barring a miracle –the same: government wins, private citizen loses.
I am much older than most of my readers and twice the age of many, and I was personally a beneficiary of one of those miracles many years ago. Consequently, I have seen and heard more evidence than most Americans, so remember what your Mama and Papa toldja’ about listening to your elders! The great Red, White & Blue is tarnished. The system is corrupt. Washington DC is already captured, and if you are not motivated to do anything about it, then get used to it and resolve to live under tyranny.
But if you are willing to do a little sumthin’ in the battle against corruption, then listen up.
When the investigating agency, such as the FBI in the big headline cases, is actually in charge of protecting the cover-up, no truth can be found and no justice can be expected. This became obvious to any American paying attention during the CIA-sponsored JFK assassination cover-up a half century ago and the 9/11 farcical investigation more than a decade ago. Both of the official stories are a couple of the most ridiculous, bona fide conspiracy “theories” ever concocted and are comparable to that imagined by any drug-induced fool in a DC bar. But with the televised power of the Orwellian “Doublespeak” – the Controlled Mass Media (CMM) – government can sell us any foolishness when it carries with it the official endorsement seal from “Big Daddy” in Washington.
The recipe for the Perfect Crime may be laced with a variety of spices as long as it includes four prime ingredients:
- The Perfect Crime is justified by government legislation. Can there be a more precise example than the surreptitious passing of the Federal Reserve Act on 12/23/1913, when an unknown number of Congressmen allegedly passed it after most had gone home for Christmas? It has become the greatest theft in history.
- The force of law and police power of the state protect the Perfect Crime. Phony “investigative commissions” could be added here. The two Kennedy assassinations of the 1960s epitomize this scenario.
- The people are inundated with continual propaganda by the controlled media and public education systems which “justify” the Perfect Crime(s). 9/11 and the more recent false flag events (Aurora, Sandy Hook, Boston et al.) are good examples.
- Politicians, bureaucrats, and newsmen – honest at heart and patriotic in their speech – are corrupted with financial reward and promotion for protecting the system. The list here is endless.
I saved this list fifteen or more years ago and have since forgotten the source, but today it has become obvious that the author left out an important ingredient that has become even more prevalent in recent years: that of a complicit judiciary, including the judge sitting on the bench.
Such protection of evil has reached and surpassed the crisis levels, and we can expect zero exposure of the facts by the CMM “Talking Heads.” A few reporters, such as the very frustrated and now-unemployed Sharyl Atkinson (formerly of CBS-News) sometimes do attempt to go after the whole story as real investigative journalists but soon find themselves stonewalled by those editors that should be helping, and who would be helping if they were under an honest system.
But there are chinks in the enemy’s armor, and its Achilles Heel is public exposure. Just as every sitting judge dreams of being on the Supreme Court, every newly elected Congressman must harbor the suppressed desire to be President. Assuming those characteristics to be true of Judge Richard Tallman and Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA), here is the public’s opportunity to force the exposure and quash some judicial corruption. It won’t end the war but could be the memorable battle – the Gettysburg, the D-Day, so to speak – that becomes historic.
But it will require a message from the multitudes.
We are not asking you to condemn the accused here. We are asking that you read the facts already on record, and if you agree that some crimes may have been committed by those sworn to uphold justice and the law and that an innocent man has spent more than a decade in jail because of it, then we are asking that you take two minutes for a phone call urging the House Judicial Committee to launch its own investigation and find out the truth.

Ask the aide answering, “What will it take for Congressman Goodlatte, to start an investigation?” Then ask for an email address to send him the story of the lying judge above. When Rep. Goodlatte gets his cage rattled at several different offices, he will be shaken awake.

P.S. Remember, Congressman Goodlatte is not just a representative for the people of Virginia. Oh no, he is the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee and that job is National in scope, so don’t allow his staffers to tell you that if you are not from Virginia, you must go through your state’s representative. Remember, he is not simply a Congressman from one district from one state, he represents the entire nation when he became the Chairman of this extremely powerful and prestigious committee.
