Attorney, realizing that Simkanin’s truthful presentation of his case would never get an indictment, surreptitiously impaneled a grand jury behind closed doors, without giving the defendant an audience, and achieved his goal of bringing another honest businessman to trial. As a blueprint forerunner to the Edgar Steele trial a decade later, Dick Simkanin found himself being sold out by both his lawyer and the trial judge without the jury ever being shown the imaginary law that he “broke.” The jury foreman was also a party buddy of the judge. Simkanin ended up with a 129-year sentence and eventually died in prison.

Another little-known crime and cover-up is that of DC lawyer Warren Richardson and Sen. Orrin Hatch attempted to bribe Bill Benson (co-author of The Law That Never Was, re. the unlawful passing of the 16^th [income tax] Amendment) with a bribe of “becoming a multi-millionaire” if Benson would only cease the sale of his book and pass the remaining copies on to him to be destroyed. Occasionally I have been asked to review books, but, rarely do I give an unsolicited assessment of one. I am making One in a Million by Pat Shannan the exception. It’s a fact-laden piece of “fiction” about the IRS gone mad, and, while this might shock some, has set up mafia-style hit squads in the CID with the Commissioner’s tacit approval! While most of you know full well that “government” agencies would never do such a thing, that’s exactly what this book dares to reveal. Shannan sprinkles the enjoyable, fast-paced novel with many esoteric facts, long hidden from view of the sleeping public, such as those revealed in “The Franklin Cover-Up” about our beloved George Bush being involved in an adolescent sex ring while holding the office of VICE president. I just finished reading a modern-day Braveheart book entitled One In A Million: An IRS Travesty by author Pat Shannan. I often tell people that they are incapable of understanding the truth because their minds simply cannot fathom how utterly evil our enemies are. Pat Shannan doesn’t suffer from that problem. Pat documents the education and enlightenment of an idealistic young man, Brock Freeman, who discovers how the world really operates. I am pretty sure we all know that a more realistic portrayal in today’s society is that Sarah would not have received such a fair trial. She would have been railroaded in a corrupt court, and both the defense and prosecuting attorney, as well as the judge, would have sold Sarah down that profit-making river in the prison industrial complex. The bottom line is, THIS BOOK IS A MUST READ. You will find yourself cheering for Brock and his cohorts even if you might have made a few personal adjustments along the journey.

John Wilkes Booth’s granddaughter told us in her book seventy-five years ago how Booth escaped and why the whole truth of the Lincoln assassination episode was protected by the government insiders. What is new are the shrewd techniques of modern deception – particularly one called “television.”

Shannan shows us how the TV is utilized not only with trick photography – as with the moon walks and 9-11 tapes – but also in the “selling” of favored candidates or programs (e.g. Obama and gun control) as well as the ignoring or even smearing of the un-anointed ones (i.e. Ron Paul and government conspiracies).

Can we really know that, over the history of fighting fires of modern construction, a skyscraper has never collapsed from its own heat – even after burning for days sometimes – and still readily believe that it happened three times in seven hours in New York City on September 11, 2001?

Was it the military maneuvers, coincidentally going on that day in the Atlantic, that caused NORAD to back off an offensive; or was this a mere ploy to render a convenient excuse for not reacting? Why were no fighter planes in the skies all morning, and who issued the orders to stand down?

What we do know for sure is that the many government-created myths could not have survived all these years without great support from a very cooperative news media.

Nearly half a century later, the JFK assassination remains officially solved but historically unsolved, and Shannan shows us how no facts have been kept from the American people more than those in the area of government-sponsored political assassinations.

Everyone has seen the TV films of Jack Ruby committing murder in Dallas police station, but how many know that it was not the Lee Oswald born in New Orleans on 10/18/39 that Ruby shot? The second “Oswald” was actually a New York-born son of Russian immigrants, who had such a capture of the language that his future wife, Marina, thought him to be a Russian native the first day they met.

The two “Oswalds” looked almost enough-alike to have been twins and had been officially melded into one person shortly after each joined the Marines in the late 1950s. Even J. Edgar Hoover knew of “someone using Lee Harvey Oswald’s identity” as early as June of 1960, as his signature on letters under FBI letterhead prove. Why would Hoover have even known Oswald’s name three and half years before the assassination?

The truth is that the CIA is continually grooming assassins and “sheep dipping” potential patsies for future use. Here we see how the two “Oswalds,” as with those in most cases, were brought together for “something” but nobody had decided exactly what at the time and wouldn’t for years. John F. Kennedy was not even a national figure when the Oswald ploy was undertaken, let alone the presidential thorn in the side of the establishment that he would become in the next decade.

The evidence shows “beyond a reasonable doubt” that James Earl Ray was framed by no less than Hoover and the FBI for the murder of Martin Luther King in 1968, and the fact that Robert F. Kennedy was never hit by a single slug from the .22 revolver wielded by Sirhan Sirhan two months later proves that the Senator was actually assassinated by someone else.

Furthermore, even the language-challenged Sirhan was the first in the courtroom to realize that he was being “sold-out” by defense lawyers, but the judge refused to let Sirhan fire his attorney and further threatened to gag Sirhan if he didn’t remain quiet.

Then, the high-profile Grant Cooper, renowned as one of the best criminal defense attorneys in California, proceeded to stipulate to dubious “facts” presented by the prosecution, and, further cementing his client’s conviction, failed to recognize that the gun presented to the court as the murder weapon that killed Bobby Kennedy had a different serial number than the Iver Johnson .22 revolver fired by Sirhan in Los Angeles’ Ambassador Hotel kitchen. The prosecution itself proved that Kennedy was killed by someone other than Sirhan, and the defense attorneys didn’t even act on it.

How could Arthur Bremer have fired seven shots from a five-shot .38 revolver the day he attempted to kill Gov. George Wallace in Maryland in 1972? How could Vince Foster have shot himself twice in the mouth and left not only no blood at the scene in Washington’s Fort Marcy Park but no weapon, (initially) either? Just how astronomical are the odds that the family of the would-be assassin of President Ronald Reagan in 1981 would be close friends and business associates of Vice President George Bush in 1981? The MsM didn’t tell us much at all about the relationship of the Hinckleys and Bushes.

The murder of Pat Tillman portrays Shannan’s book title as well as anything. Following an attack of “Red, White & Blue Fever” (defined in the book text), the NFL star with movie star good looks gave up a lucrative career in professional football to join the Army and serve in Afghanistan with his younger brother, Kevin. However, after being there less than a year, Pat realized the frustrating folly of this conflict and how he had become but a poster boy for the Bush oil grab. Tillman was no “meathead jock” but rather quite an intellectual and a reader with a voracious appetite.

He had corresponded by letter with liberal columnist and anti-war author Noam Chomsky, sharing inside information confirming Chomsky’s opinions with factual, on-sight views. It was apparent that Tillman, perplexed at “protecting Afghanistan’s poppy fields instead of freedom for America,” was about to become the “poster boy” for the anti-war movement at the end of his tour of duty.

Then he was killed, and the propagandizing news media told us it happened under enemy fire. Then the Army released a report that Tillman died a “hero,” making up a baloney-filled story of his heroic actions. Immediately, his mother received a Silver Star posthumously, the second highest award for valor in the Army, and a letter from his General praising his fearlessness under fire, but it was all a lie.

Next, as truths began to surface, the Army had to create new cover stories to replace the last falling-apart cover story. The new one a few weeks later was that Tillman had been killed mistakenly by friendly fire from somewhere between “33 and 270 yards away.”

Finally, the medical examiner’s report surfaced saying, “No evidence at all of enemy fire was found at the scene. No one was hit by enemy fire nor was any government equipment struck.” The doctors, whose names were redacted, said that the three bullet holes in Tillman’s head were so close together that it looked as though the Army Ranger was cut down by an M-16 fired from a mere ten yards or so away.

Three years later, Gen. Wesley Clark came forward to publicly confirm that there had never been an evidence of “accidental friendly fire” being responsible for the death of Tillman, to agree with the Army doctors and conclude that order had come from the very top to murder the NFL star because he feared he was about to become an anti-war political icon.

In this book, Shannan tears the facade off the phony American heroes. The exposing of Abraham Lincoln as the tyrant he was, you may be able to take; but the stripping naked of still current “conservative” hero Ronald Reagan to show his actual liberal skin may be more than you want to know.

And all of it is done with counterfeit money, the book plainly exposes. Economists like to debate about money “backed by gold and silver,” and most Americans today have either forgotten or never heard of the great FED heist of the sixties; never knew that the money was not to be “backed” by gold and silver but rather was gold and silver, circulating as coin; and that the counterfeit paper masquerading as “dollars” that they spend today will continue to inflate until it evaporates into nonexistence

When Americana still had lawful money, “We the People” controlled the spending by the federal politicians because all the money floated up from the states through a system known as “apportionment.” The feds couldn’t have any money without the consent of the States, and then the cost was apportioned equally throughout the States. This was kept under control by the inability of the central government to create gold and silver coin of thin air, and the laws were so strict as to provide for the death sentence for the counterfeiting of gold and silver coin. This alone illustrates how important was the protection of the money. The founders, after living through a couple of decades of hyperinflation, installed system that would never allow that to happen again. That is, until the banksters could sneak in and establish the Federal Reserve Bank 125 years later and usurp our system of lawful money.

The famous quote from John Adams in a 1787 letter to Thomas Jefferson reflects even stronger today:

“All the perplexities, confusion and distress in America arise not from defects in the constitution or confederation, nor from a want of honor or virtue, so much as from downright ignorance of the nature of coin, credit and circulation.”

Nothing has changed in 223 years, except for the multiplicity in numbers of this problem in America. It’s always been there, hiding in plain sight. No one seems to understand that with the ability to create counterfeit money, the federal government can accomplish anything and everything else. How much does a hit man cost? How much to buy an election? How much to purchase electronic voting machines to ensure that the election will be fixed without any payoffs? How much to frame an undesirable who might be exposing government corruption? And how much to arm ignorant officers to enforce unconstitutional statutes? The answer is “nothing,” when the controlling faction can create the funds from nothing.

Most AFP readers will remember the famous quote of the infamous Meyer Rothschild, who prophetically said, “Give me the control of a nation’s money supply, and I will care not who makes its laws.”

If there is a “bottom line” to Everything They* Ever Told Me was a Lie, it is the regaining control of the lawful money by the people and the re-issuing of circulating gold and silver coin to the citizenry. Nothing less will ever slow down the government graft, buyouts, payoffs, on-the-take politicians, fraudulent elections and assassinations.

This is quite an amazing little book. Since the cover states it’s only vol. 1, I assume & hope for more to come. The author is more of a conspiracy scientist, than he is a theorist, as he deals in provable facts, not theories. Though the book is not some thick, massive, tome, the author gives just enough evidence on his many topics to whet most reader’s appetites for more truth. And hopefully, he’ll stimulate many to do much more reading on the subjects. The title draws you in from the start. I am reminded of my favorite book title, “Everything You Know Is Wrong” by Lloyd Pye. If you are wanting to get in on the basis for the ruin and demise of the once great USA, this book is your primer. Some of the most intriguing parts are discussing the JFK, MLK, and RFK murders. There was NEVER an investigation of these murders, just a full scale dog-and-pony show plus coverup. They were planned MURDERS courtesy of the Military Industrial Complex, complete with what has become the “trademark” of such schemes – “The Lone Nut Patsy.” Of course, for those not around in those days, Shannan covers the more recent events of 9-11 and the lineage of so-called “Prez” Obama; nee Barry Sotoero. Looking forward to Volume II where he will get into more interesting topics.

I just finished reading this book last night. I thoroughly enjoyed this work. This book covers a wide ranging and interesting number of topics from the JFK, RFK, and MLK assassinations, the Oklahoma City Bombing, Barack Obama’s missing birth certificate, Abe Lincoln the tyrant, the Federal Reserve and the destruction of lawful money, false flag events of 9-11, the supposed Moon landing in 1969, and a rather frank discussion of race in America. I absolutely loved Mr. Shannan’s tongue-in -cheek section titled “Fariytale Magic Of The Bin Laden Legend” in which Shannan demonstrates the absolute ridiculousness of the whole official government story/lie of 9-11 (page 259). This book is definitely worth reading; I am going to tell some of my patriot friends about it.

In a well written, moving right along style, Pat Shannan zeros in on 13 relevant subjects, ranging from “Honest” Abe to Ronald Reagan to the JFK assassination, to the Apollo 11 Moon landing and proceeds to take apart our common assumptions and beliefs.

While some topics are ‘shooting-fish-in-a-barrel’, such as the JFK assassination and others strain credulity (Moon landing hoax), nonetheless Shannans point, well taken by all historians, is that there are at least two sides to every story and as Napoleon is oft-quoted, “the victors write the history”.

Some of these topics bear serious consideration or have been seriously considered in other author’s works, such as Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh and his intelligence community ties, the mystery of (at least) two Oswalds in the assassination, and the escape of John Wilkes Booth after the Lincoln assassination.

Shannan’s point would be well taken by readers; history as portrayed in schools is one sided, simplistic, and more often than not flat out wrong. The majority of Americans take this simplistic view to their graves, ignoring contrary evidence to what they first learnt in school. (NO wonder we keep electing Idiots.)

This book is well worth reading and passing on to folks with an open mind, even if, after all is said and done, I really think Apollo 11 went to the Moon.

As volume one, there is more to come and it should be looked forward to. Shannan does his research, writes very well, and does not come off as a whack job in the least.

If you only challenge yourself once this year, do so by reading “Everything They Ever Told Me Was a Lie”, it may just open your mind that history, politics, and current events are not one dimensional, and cut and dried.

“And MOMS is what spawned my first ‘ride with Tupper,’” says Pat Shannan today, but what began his ride down this ‘lawful money trail’ was his ‘introduction’ to Roger Sherman, who was one of the founding fathers that few ever heard of today. Before Tupper passed away on 3/16/07, he melded his MOMS with the reprint of the Sherman classic A Caveat Against Injustice under one cover, so here we have two classics for the price of one.

The Miracle on Main Street by F. Tupper Saussy is easy to describe. It is simply the best book ever written to help young people and the average citizen understand the pitfalls of America’s fraudulent, 20th century evolvement from the founders’ Lawful Money into the counterfeit of legal tender.

Saussy’s masterpiece sold over 100,000 copies in six printings without (of course) any help from the national media or corporate bookstores. A remarkable feat!

Roger Sherman (1721-1793) of Connecticut signed more of the founding documents than any other man in the 1770’s and 80’s, yet always remained one of the least known in the modern history books. Tupper always maintained the reason for this was that the modern controllers of information simply did not think it a good idea to popularize the man who inserted the protective 17 word in Article I, Section 10 of the Constitution: “No State shall make any Thing but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts.”

Highly respected by his peers, Sherman was “honest as an angel,” according to John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson said he was a man “who never said a foolish thing in his life.”

The 21st century writers that refer to a singular Lee Harvey Oswald distort their own content and deceive their readers with antiquated data. The John F. Kennedy assassination and the people’s deception over the past half century is the classic example of disinformation, as it actually was probably the most efficiently performed coup d’etat and cover-up in world history.

At around 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 22, 1963, Julia Ann Mercer was stalled momentarily in traffic at Dealey Plaza and saw a man emerge from a car carrying a rifle case in front of the grassy knoll, just 50 yards west of the Texas Schoolbook Depository (TSBD). It was driven by a man that she later identified as Jack Ruby, after his picture was plastered on TV to the world two days later.

On November 20th and 22nd, while “Lee Harvey Oswald” was working at the Texas School Book Depository, he was identified by multiple witnesses at the Dobbs House Restaurant, the Top Ten Record Store in Oak Cliff and the Jiffy Store on Industrial Boulevard. He was also positively identified as being seated with Jack Ruby after midnight, some 10 hours after he was jailed on the 22nd.

Moments after Officer J.D. Tippitt was shot dead, detectives conveniently found a wallet containing the ID cards of both Lee Harvey Oswald and Alek Hidell. Also found on the street were five ejected .38 caliber shell casings. When Harvey was arrested in the Texas Theater some 40 minutes later, he was carrying a .38 revolver which, of course, does not eject its shells. Harvey also at the time, astonishing to detectives, had a wallet carrying the same two ID cards.

According to the federal theory, to which the news media ascribed without question, the bombing in Oklahoma City, at the Alfred P. Murrah Building on April 19, 1995, was the work of American dissidents bent on a violent overthrow of the government. Congress responded by immediately enacting legislation to give the government unprecedented latitude with the invasion of individual privacy. All evidence actually points to a well planned, sophisticated government operation put into motion months earlier, with a massive cover-up controlled by the U. S. Justice Department, and carried through and beyond the “Star Chamber” charade of trials in Denver in 1997. This documentary is full of startling facts never made public by the establishment news media about the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building in Oklahoma on April 19, 1995.

The Murrah Building bombing has a number of parallels to the 9/11/01 attack. Two are that the same engineers created reports supporting the official government explanation of the attack, and that explanations in both cases the damage was blamed on outsiders attacking the buildings from without. 9/11 whistleblower and researcher Kevin Ryan documents commonalities of the investigations in A New Standard For Deception.

Another parallel is that the rare phenomenon of progressive collapse is used to explain the disproportionate extent of the final damage to the alleged cause in both cases. Gene Corley states:

It is important to understand that the bomb blast to the Murrah building was not devastating by itself — it just so happened that it was located at a critical point which undermined the whole structure of the building. What we discovered as a result of our investigation was that most of the damage and a vast majority of the fatalities were caused by the progressive collapse of the building.

A NEW THEORY WITH OLD FACTS

“All the evidence and expert opinion point to a conspiracy extending far beyond the involvement of McVeigh and Nichols; involvement that strongly suggests overt or covert actions on the part of federal agents without the knowledge of either McVeigh or Nichols,” says Carl Worden, Liaison & Intelligence Officer of the Southern Oregon Militia. To at least a few million people, this is certainly not any hot news, but his revelation of a very suppressed news story prior to the 1995 Oklahoma City disaster may be. (See related story)

There were enough clandestine characters hanging around Oklahoma City during those days to fill a James Bond movie. ATF’s paid informant Carol Howe had provided information that the Murrah Building was one of three potential targets. On April 6th, Cary Gagan gave U. S. Marshals in Denver the information that “a federal building would be blown up in either Denver or Oklahoma City within two weeks.” Then, thirty-eight minutes before the blasts on April 19th, the Department of Justice in Washington received a telephone call pinpointing the Murrah Building.

THE ANFO BOMB

The prosecution built its whole case around a bomb allegedly made from a mixture of ammonium nitrate fertilizer and diesel fuel oil (ANFO). For a year or more prior to the Murrah blasts, BATF had been blowing up car bombs at the White Sands (New Mexico) Proving Grounds. According to Newsweek magazine (June 5, 1995), “This project, code-named `Dipole Might,’ is designed to create a computer model to unravel terrorist car and truck-bomb attacks. By coincidence, an ATF agent assigned to `Dipole Might’ happened to be in Oklahoma City on April 19th, working at the federal courthouse, which stands across the street from the Murrah Building.” That agent, Harry Eberhart, called his Dallas office moments after the explosions to report an eruption of several thousand pounds of ANFO.

Yes, it was quite a coincidence! Newsweek didn’t tell us that there had not been a reported ANFO crime in the U.S. since 1970, so this Operation Dipole was about as necessary as those $600 toilet seats purchased by the Pentagon a decade or two ago. Yet one of the operatives of Dipole just happens to be across the street in back of the scene at the precise moment of the multiple detonations and, with the X-ray vision of Superman, makes an immediate diagnosis and reports to his superiors the cause of the blast. From his position, even if he had been asleep at the first blast, it would have been almost impossible for him to have missed the multiple explosions which lasted a full ten seconds. Hundreds of other witnesses are aware of this, although many were coerced into changing their stories. None was called to the federal grand jury.

One has to wonder what facts Agent Eberhart used to form his convictions. Experts tell us that there are two identifying signatures from a blast of ammonium nitrate and fuel oil: One is fire, the other is a lingering nitrate gas. Neither was present at the Murrah Building, evidenced by the hundreds of rescue workers on the scene without gas masks. The only flames present were the automobile fires on the street and in the parking lot of the Journal-Record Building, directly across from the Murrah entrance. All of the facts notwithstanding, the first government fabrication was born, remained healthy, and was quickly growing to early maturity. The New American magazine and William Jasper have long referred to “the government’s obstinate adherence to this tottering premise – in the face of monumental evidence to the contrary – to be one of the most troubling aspects of the case.”

The first expert to go public with the ANFO discrepancies was USAF Brigadier General (ret.) Benton K. Partin. Sitting in his living room in Virginia and merely looking only at photos in Time, Newsweek, and U.S. News was enough to catch his discerning eye. The exposed rebar on the severed columns at the third floor level was adequate evidence for Partin. He knew that an air blast from a truck on the street could never remove reinforced concrete and steel. Then he noticed the remaining standing columns between the truck and the one taken out in the left center of the Murrah Building. He knew this was impossible, unless there were charges planted at the collapsed column.

Partin noted three such columns from the magazine photos and found a fourth by viewing expanded fire department photos on a later visit to Oklahoma City. Later study revealed the macabre evidence of a fifth charge having been detonated underneath the children’s nursery on the second floor.

General Partin’s credentials and military record are impeccable. Most of his 31-year career in the air force was spent in demolition. He headed up the USAF’s Explosive Research Laboratory. If the FBI were really looking for the truth in this case, could they find a better expert witness than Ben Partin? The theory of the ANFO bomb exploding in a truck on the street and wreaking the kind of damage seen for blocks around is akin to a pea-shooter bringing down a spaceship.

Take it to the bank. There was an enormous explosion inside the Murrah Building. Hundreds of witnesses confirm the fact, and the evidence was/is everywhere. Even today, three and a half years later, the pock-marked buildings on Broadway (two and three blocks away, facing away from the blasts) and elsewhere attest to the fact that this massive damage throughout the immediate downtown area could not have been administered by a solitary ANFO explosion encapsulated inside a paneled truck.

THEN WHAT DID DO IT?

A year ago following the McVeigh Star Chamber proceeding in Denver, I wrote that a better depicting title for our two-hour documentary on the subject (“Murder in the Heartland”) might have been “Chimera in the Heartland.” In Greek mythology, the chimaera was fire-breathing monster represented with the head of a lion, the body of a goat, and the tail of a serpent. By modern-day definition, a chimera is a creation of the imagination, an impossible and foolish fancy. Both would portray the case accurately — The chimaera in Oklahoma City; and the chimera at the Denver trials.

In that video documentary, we laid out three possible scenarios, before settling on #3 – General Partin’s – as being the most likely to have happened. #1 was disregarded almost as quickly as it was considered. The supposition that the truck bomb on the street ignited explosives stored by BATF and DEA on the 8th and 9th floors, which in turn decimated the floors beneath, violated as many or more laws of physics than the single ANFO bomb theory.

Theory #2 always had merit but was so hard to prove. How do you document evidence on a secret weapon about which maybe twelve people in the world have knowledge? We are talking about the “pineapple bomb” which had been brought to our attention by Ted Gunderson months before we began shooting the video in mid-August of 1995.

While in Las Vegas filming Gunderson, we got more details about this super bomb from a former CIA operative who understood how it worked and knew where it had been used in the past. He had only high praises for its inventor, Michael Riconosciuto, and lamented the fact that Michael had been “railroaded into prison to shut him up,” and referring to the former child prodigy as “by far, the smartest man I ever met.”

Michael Riconosciuto had literally grown up in the CIA. His father was an operative in the `50s and `60s. Michael was recruited for duty before he entered college at Cal Poly at age 17 and remained with “the company” for twenty-five years. Ted Gunderson had worked with him in the solving of no less than five murder cases during the 1980s. Much of Michael’s research efforts since the mid-1970s had been spent on developing a super bomb. Immediately upon seeing the results of the Murrah explosion on television, he called his old friend Ted Gunderson in Las Vegas and said, “That was not ANFO. That was our bomb!”

According to Riconscuito, the type bomb detonated was an Electro-Hydrodynamic Gaseous Fuel Device, otherwise known in the inner circles as a Barometric Bomb. It has been classified as Top Secret due to the ease with which the bomb can be created. A piece to fit the confusion puzzle at Murrah might be found in the fact that the explosive is ammonium nitrate, which is detonated approximately ten seconds later in a secondary blast.

The complete assembly resembles a propane tank with a zig-zag shaped wedge surrounding the outside diameter of the tank. When the primary initial blast takes place, the top of the tank flies upwards and the bottom of the tank opens up into a flower petal shape. Immediately, the ammonium nitrate mixes with the shattered micro-encapsulated aluminum silicate to create an even more devastating explosion fuel cloud. This cloud is then energized with a high potential Electrostatic Field resulting in the creation of millions of microfronts. The cold cloud is the then detonated a second time with another PETN charge, which was previously cushioned from the first blast due to a shock- absorbing cavity. This time the cold cloud ignites, creating a shock wave surpassing the traditional effects of TNT. The most astounding effect of this type of detonation is the immediate atmospheric overpressure, which has a tendency to blow out the windows of any structure within the vicinity of the blast.

(There were many survivors inside the Murrah Building who first felt a slight rumble, alerting some to take cover. The Water Board tape recording, replayed on our documentary video, depicts a definite “pop” some five seconds prior to the eruption.)

After the Las Vegas visit, I decided that the video of the Murrah Building mystery could not be complete without an interview with Michael Riconoscuito. Ted Gunderson agreed and set up the appointment. I met him at the Atlanta airport in September of `95, and we drove together to the federal lockup in South Carolina where Riconosciuto was being held on a thirty-year sentence for drug-possession – a charge which he, too, complains of being a phony one created only to remove him from circulation.

Meanwhile, Partin and Gunderson were in the midst of a talk show feud. Partin resented the intrusion into his bailiwick by a neophyte touting some unknown super weapon, while Gunderson, admittedly operating on limited and second-hand information, was convinced his sources were legitimate and that the CIA certainly could be harboring a secret weapon about which even the top brass of the USAF would not be aware. They reached a stalemate when Partin refused to go on the air anymore with Gunderson.

COULD BOTH HAVE BEEN CORRECT?

I was dumbfounded as everyone else. After talking with a dozen or more highly experienced munitions and detonation personnel – from farmers who had blown away stumps to Navy Seals who had sunken ships – I knew that a simple ANFO bomb had not wreaked this kind of havoc. General Partin’s facts in evidence served to confirm what had been only theories of many others such as this writer who barely passed high school chemistry. But even those who flunked Physics and Logic could understand the Partin report. Apparently this group did not include the some 60 congressman and senators to whom Partin hand-delivered his eight-page letter on Capitol Hill. Only one had the courtesy to respond, said “It’s too deep for me,” and passed it on the FBI.

What if both Partin and Gunderson were right? How would it mesh? During our prison interview, I asked Michael Riconoscuito: Could there have been four of the super bombs placed at the strategic third-floor columns pointed out by General Partin?

“No way!” Michael responded unhesitatingly. “I was surprised there was so little damage as it was.” His experience had taught him that a simultaneous detonation of four of the Barometric Bombs would have made downtown Oklahoma City look like a post-war Hiroshima and Nagasaki. He admits on camera that the CIA had used one in Beirut in 1984.

“Okay,” I said. “Then let’s say a single super bomb was on the third floor in between the front column damage and the center column damage pointed out by General Partin. How do you account for the numerous columns left standing, some even between the bomb [wherever you place it] and the collapsed columns? His reply was sincere but failed to convince me. “That’s indicative of our bomb. It skips around and passes over. It also can be omni-directional or set low enough to encompass only a 15 degree pattern.” In fact, we believed this revelation to be so confusing that to use it in the documentary would serve more to dilute than enhance his theory. We left it in the can.

For three-plus years, I remained satisfied that the building was blown from the inside and that the truck bomb was but a diversionary “firecracker” which might have removed a few windows at best. Then came the similar explosions at the embassies in Africa and the TV pictures, which looked like a re-run from April of `95. The talking heads said it was ANFO in a truck. Witnesses in the first reports (always watch for the early reports) said that they heard a “pop,” followed six or seven seconds later by this tremendous and very familiar eruption appearing to go straight up through the building. One rescuer wondered out loud to a reporter, “How can we have dead people on the 14th and 15th floors from a truck bomb on the street?” FBI agents did not have to travel to Nairobi to know that a fertilizer bomb was not responsible for this catastrophe.

All the OKC discrepancies began creeping back. No OKC witnesses recalled seeing any other truck parts that fateful morning, except that dubious rear axle with the supposed VIN which allegedly directed the FBI to the Kansas rental agency and McVeigh. (Ford Motor Company wrote to Ted Gunderson that year saying that FORD does not put Vehicle Identification Numbers on its rear axles.) But where were the front seat, the yellow RYDER-lettered panel pieces, and the steering column? Surely ANFO could not disintegrate an engine block. And what blew that 12 x 30-foot crevice eight feet deep into the earth through the asphalt and concrete?

In 1997, pictures surfaced of a large Ryder truck parked in a small military compound and secured behind a Cyclone fence. Hawkers of the photos said they were taken in “early April of 1995, near Oklahoma City.” Not exactly true. We found the man who was responsible. He is a charter pilot in Tulsa who prefers we not use his name and to do so would serve no useful purpose. This man had heard of the black helicopters and unmarked military convoys rumored to be moving around the country. In November of 1994, he was flying from Oklahoma City back into Tulsa when he noticed the aforementioned military installation beneath him. He grabbed his camera, fired a couple of shots, and promptly forgot about it. Not until long after the Murrah disaster did he happen to be combing through some of his old pictures when he noticed the yellow Ryder truck parked right there among all the unmarked army green!

Was this Ryder truck later blown up in the Oklahoma wilderness by Operation Dipole Might and were these the parts displayed in the Denver courtroom to further hoodwink the jurors? The small military compound outside of Tulsa was dismantled only days after the bombing. When the prosecution team hauled a half a ton of Ryder truck parts into the courtroom in Denver a short time later, we knew the likely significance of this second Ryder truck. No witnesses could remember seeing anything like these wrinkled remains on the streets of Oklahoma City.

Dan Rather called them a “hate group” and Ted Koppel “racist hustlers.” They were labeled “domestic terrorists” by the mainstream news media. I had heard the story, followed it on the evening news, read about it in The Jubilee, commented on it with my husband, and therefore thought I had exhausted the topic. Until I picked up this 115 page book The Montana Freemen: The Untold Story by J. Patrick Shannan. I was immediately drawn into the story by Shannan’s easy writing and subtle sense of humor. The book reads like a novel but the many footnotes and references are a chilling reminder that this is not a work of fiction. This is a real story, and yes this did happen in America. Once I got started, I did not put it down until the last word had been gobbled up by my eager brain. I was left satisfied, although I must admit, Shannan has aroused a curiosity for Common Law knowledge I have never before felt. In it’s introduction, The Montana Freemen takes us from the very beginning of the Common Law to the position the United States now finds itself. In a way, this book is an introduction to the particulars of Common Law, but this information, which tends to be tedious, is presented in such a way a child could explain it and even enjoy it. The introduction to Common Law gives us a basis to understand who the Montana Freemen are and what they are trying to do. If you’re already familiar with Common Law, you will still find this book to be a great review and description of the Freemen’s particular circumstances.

If you ever wanted to know why the Justus Township was targeted by federal agencies to be next in line for extermination, your questions will soon be answered. What you may begin to wonder is how the township made it as far as they did. There certainly seems to have been some divine intervention. Even their township name [Justus] is, unbeknownst to them, Biblical. (Justus is a surname of Jesus, Col. 4:11 KJV).

The book details the media black out, the “circular filing” of most of the Freemen’s paperwork, the mislabeling and misconstruing of terms and names by ignorant press and the lack of support from many “patriots” due to misunderstandings and/or possible coercion by federal forces. There really is only one way to find out what really happened, and that is to hear it from the victims themselves. Shannan interviewed all 23 Freemen in order to accurately report the development of circumstances that led most of them into jail for charges seemingly, and in some cases admittedly, trumped up.

Even now, they are doing everything in their power to keep this knowledge from being released to the public. They are caught in their own trap and they know it! Leroy Schweitzer shares the atrocities committed to him by prison officials; you will cringe at the obvious abuse of this peaceful man. But a few short sentences later, you will rejoice with him as he succeeds to make a tumult out of the court. He has prosecutors thumbing through law books unable to keep up with him as he recites law from memory. Shannan also addresses the militia, who, having received a lot of negative coverage in the past couple of years, vigilantly kept watch during the siege, should the worst of events materialize. After learning what our fellow countrymen have suffered to redeem and secure our God-given rights, how can we not feel supportive of our fellow patriots?

The patriot community has a tendency toward pessimism, however, and few believe as the Freemen do, that their cause will ultimately succeed and bring to light to the American public the lies they have been told since at least 1913. I’d like to believe, with divine assistance, it may come true.

“Now you see when I get done, everything I have done will be a supreme court report, and it will go into the Superintendent of Documents in Washington, DC on a mandate published. And that will be making it public lawfully…Then we will tie it into our Congressional Reference case, and at that point we will start to run the country lawfully and it’s been authorized by their Appellate branch,” said Leroy Schweitzer, “The ramifications are endless,” Shannan remarked.

Concerning situations regarding government security, we journalists have found in recent years that there are almost always two, very opposing, stories. One is the who-what-when-where-and-why of the truth, and the other is the government-fabricated myth – the total flip-flop reminding us of our chuckles emitted while reading the distortion of facts flowing from the Soviet Union’s news agency Tass not so long ago.

Tass’ mission was always to glorify the government’s position and the actions of its agents while debunking truth and demonizing anyone whose position was adversarial. This is now the solitary path of the American news agencies. Today in this country, whenever we see information suppressed for “reasons of national security,” we immediately perceive this to mean reasons of government security.

In the early spring of 1996, hundreds of FBI agents surrounded the Ralph Clark ranch complex near Jordan, Montana for a total siege of 81 days. The government spin was that the nearly thirty people inside were of a radical anti-government and racist religious sect who had written bad checks and threatened judges, among other things. About the only true claim made was that, indeed, these people were of a great threat to government security but not for the reasons portrayed.

In fact, the Montana Freemen were coming closer than anyone had in 82 years of exposing to the American people the fraud and myth of the Federal Reserve system. This is why the federal government jumped on top of them and began to stomp with both feet. The inside secrets of those twin sisters of deception – the FED and the IRS – must be preserved at all costs.

After a total of 18 days in Montana on two separate trips – first on behalf of The People’s Radio Network in May and then for Spotlight newspaper in June – I was flying back to New Orleans and began to realize that not only was I the only reporter on earth with this full story but almost the only one who had been seeking it. Certainly, the robotons from Associated Press and the national television networks had not tried to learn the Freeman’s side. I was the only journalist to interview the Freeman in the Billings jailhouse. This was only because they had heard my radio reports and knew that I was attempting to treat them fairly, and that was all they ever wanted – fair treatment. They never got it in the courtrooms.

One of the most outrageous displays indicative of a tyrannical police state happened the week before I arrived in Jordan. Lt. Col. (ret.) James “Bo” Gritz and retired Phoenix cop Jack McLamb had attempted to negotiate a surrender for four straight days without success. The final day before giving up, Bo Gritz emerged from the ranch house with a videotape in one hand and a 19-page document in the other. He handed the tape to an ABC newsman, as instructed by Freeman Russell Landers, and deposited the document into the hands of the FBI Special Agent in Charge. Then he turned to the news cameras and spoke:

“Here is your chance, Janet Reno,” he said, “to behave lawfully instead of forcefully this time,” with an obvious reference to the Waco incident. “Review this document and show the Freeman how they are wrong, and they will come out tomorrow.”

It was the high water mark of the Freeman and an offer that should have been repeated every day of the siege. Not only did Janet Reno and the Justice Department prove by their reticence that they could not face the truth, but the FBI immediately confiscated the video from the newsman, and the contents were never aired.

I later secured a copy of that 19-page document explaining the Freemen’s stand and reprinted it in the appendix. It alone is worth the price of the book. It explains much of the presumption of law by which the tyrannical District of Columbia governs by usurpation of the constitution. The reason the Justice Department refused to respond will be obvious to the reader. The videotape, had it been aired nationally, would have been devastating to the government’s propaganda machine. It showed the very articulate Russ Landers explaining the Freeman’s lawful stand in terms that anyone could understand and appreciate.
